Cosa dice la gente
Great value! I would definitely come back! If you don't want to
spend much and intend to be out most of the night in itaewon anyways,
then this is a great place to be for a couple nights. I stayed in a twin
room with a friend ~ room was clean, not noisy, and free
soap/shampoo/towels available. Location is only a few min away
from the subway. Very ideal.
The room is very clean & cozy for me & my sister. The location is strategic as it is located at Itaewon shopping area & also near to the subway. The place is also safe & quiet, and the location is perfect for muslim as there's a lot of halal food near that area. The wifi connection was also superb! We love our stay!. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
+Both the lady receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
+Clean
+Free breakfast was a definite plus,(Peanut better, jelly, milk, orange juice, eggs, cereal) but wasn't served, self service only.
+Located at a 4 minutes walk from the subway terminal.
Great price and location, very nice place , the manger "Bulma" is great makes you feel at home and welcome , I will always stay there while in Itaewon.
I liked that they gave a free gift of cute Korean socks to each guest. It was also in a great location in Itaewon.
Every thing was good, probably i'll come there again, and will recommend this place to my friends.
Very good location. Restaurants and shopping just outside the door.
Low price, central location.
It was a good price and the location was excellent. The self breakfast is great.
I wanted to stay in the general location where the guest house is.
I will echo what others have mentioned: this place is impossible to find
by yourself! An old woman saw that my friend and I were lost and she
just said "guesthouse?" I nodded and she had me follow someone
to take me there. There is a back door and a front door but no sign. The
"front door" is under a Japanese restaurant called
"KOKORO bento" - so just look for that and walk upstairs to
the 3rd level where pop guesthouse is located.
It's a bit expensive compared to other places. However, we didn't mind paying extra as it is near muslim halal food area.
+Cost was a little towards the higher side especially with so much competition around.
+Hard to find, someone overheard us say "pop" and guided us to the place. We couldn't find it ourselves.
No breakfast in the morning or coffee.
The shower in the bathroom was cold our second day. The door code was pretty loud in the hallways from other guests entering their rooms.
Trash everywhere, and everything is dirty.
No window. Small towels. And an extra charge of 10% if using credit card!.
Some noise
Difficult to find entrance
Difficult to turn om AC.
I had a blood stain on my sheet which is just unacceptable. It also shouldn't be classes as a Boutique Guesthouse as it is more a backpackers/hostel. The four other girls in our dorm looked like they had been LIVING in there for a while. Their toiletries and clothing was everywhere, I felt like I was intruding in 'their home'. Also, the state of the bathroom was shocking..so dirty and with a mountain of hair in the drain.
The people who work there are useless. I got locked out one night because the people who work there didn't even bother telling me the code to get into the guest house (the people running this operation show up at 1 and leave after dinner). I truthfully recommend staying at a love hotel above this place. Though people have some preconceptions about love hotels, their service is better and their accommodations are shockingly better than this place (***and they're cheaper***).
