  The location of the place was superb.. It's so near the Busan station where we only had to walk 5 mins to catch the 620am ktx train to Seoul. It's also 3 mins walk from the Busan city tour bus stop. Too, it's 5-7mins walk from the Metro train station. In short, very accessible to the transportations in Busan. Motel was slightly worn-out and old furnishings, but basic essentials such as tub, washroom, airconditioning and hair-dryer well provided for.
