Staff were really accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier. The breakfast and dinners provided were AMAZING- made me excited to come back from skiing. Onsen was nice too. Location meant we had to rely on infrequent shuttle buses to get to the main skiing areas. Hallways were a bit dingey but lovely rooms made up for it. Ski equipment was a little old but definitely functional. Overall really loved staying here.
