  Friendly staff, they can speak fluent English. There are staff from worldwide too! The cafe ambiance is very good and relaxing. I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station. Great position. Staff is fluent in English and always ready to help with any question. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Same about shared showers. Atmosphere in Sakura hotel is really friendly, good for individual trip.
