Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.

The staff were excellent. The service, especially by the front desk staff was amazing-always ready and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel location-close to both Mita and Tamachi train stations- is very convenient. This is a lovely hotel by any standards. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. -

The location was fairly good, not far from Nakameguro station and right by a great tree-lined canal that parallels the main road if the days are hot. The hot baths are now for both genders (at different times).

The location is great. It's really near to the JR train Okachimachi station, and just minutes walk to A8 exit from subway. Once you get to the underground, the signs are helpful and intuitive in getting to the stations you wanted. The breakfast is provided, which is quite a surprise. I went straight to the hotel after arriving at Narita Airport. I must say that the location is just fantastic. From the airport, airport limousine dropped us off at the Ambassador Hotel which is within walking distance to the hotel. Good location, very nice, helpful and English speaking staff, and free amenities that help you to enjoy and relax after a long day of tourism in this amazing city. They clean the room every day and if you dont need new sheets you just have to put the green paper that you find in the bedroom on the pilow and they give you a bottle of water for free

Location wise the hotel was great. Just stop at Daimon station (Toei subway) and take the A5 exit, turn right and walk straight for 4min.
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and speak english, they helped me recover my lost camera and they were of great help in pointing out places to go and how to arrive to the airport which is very easy and convenient from Daimon station with the direct line to Narita.
They provide free tea and coffee at the lobby from 11am to 11pm and have free wifi in

Hotel is a quiet and peaceful haven in a busy, interesting area, just
minutes away from many things to see and excellent traditional shopping.
Staff are helpful, although it will help if you can speak a little
Japanese. I have stayed in their tatami rooms before and this time
stayed in a single (western style) room which was spacious for a single.
Good to have free wifi, unlike many hotels. Tip - buy the koto cd at the
reception desk as a memento.

Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

- Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it.
