  The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If you don't speak Japanese , it's not a problem, the staffs can converse well in English. - The bathroom and tub were standard American size not the Japanese size which we liked.   The residence was well presented and very clean, the staff were helpful and prompt and arrived at the agreed time. The property was within an easy walk from the station which travel around Tokyo very easy. - Very spacious and feels more like an apartment than a hotel.
