For the price that you pay to stay at Capsule Inn Kinshicho, the service is incredible. We were met by English speaking staff--actually, - I enjoyed trying for the first time the "capsule"; it's rare to find Capsule hotel for woman and this one is really great value for money. Of course because there's a lot of people in one spare big room, if some ones are noisy and no respectfull you can have some difficult sleep but anyway it's so nice, clean and original that it's really my favorite place for staying in Tokyo ! ANd the common bathroom is so clean, so nice, with a big bath, and shampoo, and all for free ! Towel as well and tea,

  The hotel was excellent,the room was very clean and comfortable with clean towels,sheets etc provided every day.It was very close to metro stations which meant easy access to all of Tokyo.   This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected.
