  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

  Service was impeccable! I stayed in 6 different hotels during my 11-day vacation in Japan, and this was by far the best! The owner, Asano-san, was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I was sorry that I couldn't stay an additional night here because the rooms were full. Rooms were well-appointed - Had a great stay here. The place is lovely and has a wonderful traditional feel. The rooms are very large and we had a great view over the garden. They have three private onsens, one of which is outside and again these were well presented and clean (and very welcome after a long day) The hostess was charming and the breakfast Japanese style and plentiful.   Location - a short way out of the city centre. The room, bathroom and bed were very good. The eating facilities were very good, but expensive. The breakfast was very good - something for all tastes. There are a pair of large Black Kites (hawk-like birds) soaring around the building all day. There were some good restaurants in the mall next door, including a Hard Rock Caf - Everything about it get facility's right next door to the Baseball Dome near the Hard Rock Café great shops in the foyer area and closed to the shopping mall with over 100 shops all walking distance and all rooms have spectacular views over the bay I can't say enough something like 5 bars 8 restaurants some 30 shops all in the Hilton Hotel bus stops on the ground floor with buses to the city every 15 minutes

  Beautiful location and views are incredible. All the rooms face out onto the bay and the incredible scenery. There is a wonderful bath facility and funky pool/aqua center that we enjoyed using. The hotel is also on a large property with walking trails which was very fun to explore. - Private beach Onsen Helpful staff
