  The staffs are very helpful. Even it was our mistake not requesting non smoking room, the staff was willing to help us by giving us an air cleaner. English speaking staff was also have an ezcellent accent.

  The location is super great. Right beside the Chosenji Lake. I can watch the lake outside my window. The room is very big and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly.   Great view, by the lake. In terms of money value, it's excellent. With such price, get a comfort stay overnight, & easily accessible by public transport (since i didn't rent a car). - -View of the Chuzenji Lake -staff were kind enough to give us an umbrella to take while leaving the hotel As it was raining like hell
