  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.... cosa dice la gente » The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb. - It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

  We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff speaks English and are very polite. We would definitely stay there again. - Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

  The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. The hotel itself has dining options but there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and Lawsons convenienc - Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son. Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!
