  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.... cosa dice la gente » The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb. - It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... cosa dice la gente » and toothbrushes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
