I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Location is good, but I recommend you to take a cab from Shinjuku station and remember the route. Stayed there for 8 days from 10/03 to 18/03.
