Location: The hotel is just 3 stations away from Shinjuku jr station.
It's less busy than Shinjuku, but it's good as I can get seats
easily in restaurants nearby and it's convenient to get everything I
need with Lawson & Family Mart nearby. Plus, it takes a few minutes

The location is very good.. Near jr Mejiro Station.. Just about 3
minutes walking..and near lots of restaurants and mini markets.. The
room is a bit small but since i'm an asian it doesn't matter at
all.. The staffs can't speak english but they're soo nice and
very helpful.. The room is clean.. They clean the room everyday
including changing the bed cover everyday.. The wi fi is good.. I was
staying at 8th floor but the wi fi signal was still good..

The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and
easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If
you don't speak Japanese , it's not a problem, the staffs can
converse well in English. -

hotel is so worth your money as the room was spacious enough for Japan

Once we know which Ikebukuro exit to take, it became very handy as it was only 2 minutes away. Take Echika exit 6 rather than the west gate of Ikebukuro station. It has elevator - good for travelers with luggage like we were.
Breakfast was nice, quite a wide selection of Japanese style food.
Washing machine in the room was indeed useful for us who

The staff was very gracious. Towels were changed daily but no sure about
bed which was made up daily. However some scuffs on walls and stain in
carpet which may have tried to remove. When arrived were given room on
9th floor which was smoking room. When asked if nonsmoking available we
were given another room on same floor mildly better. However d

Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.
