Very clean and Hot Spring Bath was very good. In winter, you can experience taking Open Air Hot Spring in Snow which is very exciting! Also, They offer a Honey Bar at the lounge. You can taste a several kinds of honeys with tasty sweets. assistance by hotel staff is very good and polite.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. A convenience store is located a 5-minute walk away. To eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at time of booking. You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Dinner will be served until 19:00 and breakfast will be served until 8:30. After these times, meals will not be served and no refund will be given. Please note the hotel does not provide free transport shuttles. Children who are 4 years old or older are counted as adults and charged adult rates. - by bus - Get on a bus bound for either Jozankei or Hoheikyo-onsen from Sapporo Station's Bus Terminal 12. Get off at Jozankei Jinja Mae bus stop, about 80 minutes from Sapporo Station. Kappa Liner express bus is also available from the station. The property is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. - by car - Drive for about 60 minutes towards Nakayama-toge from Sapporo City.
