Wonderful staff! The Japanese breakfast was excellent! We would stay again. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of cigarette smoke from others who have stayed. This was a very simple and pleasant place to stay. The location was perfect for our family to stay. We were worried about the shared bathrooms but they were clean and the shower was great. It was a good first experience for our family to have shared bathroom and shower. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Traditional style, simple and clean. Very good value for our experience and a nice simple and fresh breakfast.
Short walk from the peace park, shops and everything you need for your stay, large room, close to a tram stop.
Quiet and ideally located.
Big room and clean. Japanese breakfast really good. Really close to peace memorial park. Really nice staff, always wanting to help.
location was close to the Peace Memorial park which was what we wanted.
Honestly not much. This Riyokan is not to be recommanded. Cleanleness is
limit and since some people have cooked or smoked in the rooms, it
stinks. Further more if the guest next door smokes, the smell is all
over in your room... May be fine for some people back then, not anymore,
does not meet the basic standards.
Smoking is allowed in the building. We didn't like that smell since we are not smokers.
Shared shower room.
Staff were never there, we had to go find them to check in, check out and pay for the room. Didn't see anyone at reception our entire stay.
Only one bathroom and only in the first floor. No elevator, we had to carry our big suitcase by ourselves. Staff couldn't speak English. We arrived 9pm from a walk and wanted some information, but no reception available at this time anymore. Expensive for what it offers, but I reckon that is Hiroshima's price.
room was too small and not so comfy.
No designated smoking area in the building.Stinks, Showers for everybody
next to the entrance lobby.
