  the owner of the Hotel is a very nice, charming lady. She speaks basic English. She has corrected a reservation error on her own initiative. Perfect !! When I go again to Nagano (Hakuba), I will go to her Hotel. Happo One is perfect for beginners, intermediate and experts.
