  As with most Japanese service industry workers, the staff could not do enough for us. We stayed the night we arrived in Japan and again the night before we left. The location was ok. - Cool place.   We booked the king size bedroom after spending 6 previous nights in a smaller economy double bedroom. The extra space in the room was very nice. - The free breakky provided at the lobby was simple yet good; traditional Japanese style. Love it!

  We stayed here because reasonably priced accommodation in Kyoto was booked out. The location is perfect if you want to be near Shin Osaka station and take the 15 minute train ride to Kyoto (using Japan Rail Pass) every day. But it is right across the road from Shin-Osaka station which is a big interchange with the subway and Shinkansen. Breakfast was included in my room rate which was great, it meant I started each day on a full tummy!

  The hostel is just 5 min walk from Shin-Osaka JR station and subway station. The room is quite large, very big window which makes room bright in the daylight. Bed is comfortable. The staff is good at English(which means better than average English performance in Japan) and is very friendly. The shower room seems is Japanese style. We purchased 'Haruka(return) + Icoca' package and took Haruku raiway from Kansai Airport and stop at Shin-Osaka Station. I would recommend anyone on a budget or anyone needing last minute accommodation to stay here.
