There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
