  it was our only option since our flight got in very late and none of the trains were running. but it is very convenient if you have a very early flight - Room very clean, staff spoke some English and helpful, next door to Airport was the reason we chose this hotel.

  Stayed here for one night after arriving into Tokyo on a late flight. Convenient train journey from the airport which was trouble free. About 5 minutes walk from train station. Hotel was basic, functional and adequate for just the one night.   The room was small it was very clean. Staff for very helpful. Around the corner there is a good supermarket. The train station was about 400 meters away so reasonably close. - The price and the proximity to the train station, which is also a major one.

  Good location if you not want o be in the thick of tokyo but still close enough to get to everything. Under 10 min walk from station, we exited out the azalea side the straight up the street on the left .. About 2 blocks. Only a small sign out the front but it is on the right hand side of the street. We didn't have large suitcases though and that makes a difference. Free wifi thr - It's a typical business hotel with no much frills and as such does the job perfectly adequate. The walls are colorful, the view from our room was amazing, the amenities are all there and it's spacey enough, for Tokyo standards. The staff was friendly, they'd got us the wrong type of room but switched immediately after notice.

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out.   Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright.   The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is actually a complex of 4 different buildings and each one has different amenities, E.G., our hotel didn't have an ice machine anywhere in the building but our friends who were staying in another building did have one. They stored our bags and our friends bags (10 of them) without a fee and without batting an eye. - The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO. The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.
