Cosa dice la gente
The staff made us feel welcome from day one of our stay. Our room was good sized with a balcony that overlooked the Archaeological museum and grounds. Each morning you had a choice of breakfast items from local pastries to savory ones. Loved the old school lift with the doors.
A quick tip- the hotel occupies the entire third floor of and one might miss the sign for it. There is a bakery at the corner to use as a landmark. You ring the buzzer and reception buzzes you in. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
La maison des reves offered absolutely the best accomodation during our trip through Sicily!
The owners are beautiful and helpful people taking care of their guests. The rooms were very clean and the comfort was extremely high.
The breakfast was the best on Sicily. They arranged for celiakes special bread, too, inorder to enjoy their trip in Syrakuse the most!
highly recommandable - even for a honeymoon!
Thank you, Giancarlo, for a nice stay!.
Not easy to find as this b&b is on the third floor of a building shared with a hotel. However, the stay was great and the staff very helpful! Not too far from the historic center.
Non facile da trovare, come questo B & B si trova al terzo piano di un edificio condiviso con un hotel. Tuttavia, il soggiorno è stato ottimo e il personale molto disponibile! Non troppo lontano dal centro storico.
Everything. The staff were really friendly and put up with my bad Italian. It is perfectly placed for the archaeological park, the museum and the catacombs. The Cathedral and Ortigia are a ten minute walk away. The little cafe on the corner is great.
The air on works and the stuff in the fridge is fairly priced. It is beautifully clean.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful, we were upgraded to a bigger room, due to low number of guests. The room had two balconies, parking was possible in an adjacent street free of charge. Ortigia is a 20 minute walk away, the B&B is located opposite the archeological museum and close to the archeological zone.
The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room clean and beautifully decorated with renovated bathroom. Really quiet even though the windows were facing a busy street. Very good breakfast and nice location with free parking places around. We would definitely go there again and have nothing to complain!.
Amazing place hidden in the centre of the town ! Small and cute, have everything you need !
Staff-very helpful and friendly,polite and caring :)
Feels like you visiting family friends !
Quiet and clean rooms,new furnitures,nice bathrooms !
So relaxing !!!!.
The room was very clean and the furniture was completly new, really nice room.It is at walk distance of several ancient ruins. There is not private parking, but there is plenty of space to park nearby.
Staff was very helpful. B&B is located close to the archaeological sites, about 15 min walk from the Ortigia Isle, but that's much better for parking if you have a car.
Very friendly and attentive personal with individual approach.
Very small but very cozy hotel, fresh furniture and repair. Very pleasant breakfast.
The warm friendly welcome of the owner and the access to some of the most stunning clasical antiquities on the doorstep.
I loved the staff. They were fabulous and the puff pastry and the cappucino in the morning were greatly appreciated.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
The breakfast was very good (ravioli ricotta ;) ).
The bnb is in walking distance from Siracusa's historic center.
Room was nice and clean.
Easy parking.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Convenient location.
Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, breakfast choice of sweet or savoury. Family helpful.
nice staff, very clean, close to historical places in Syracuse.
Good location, easy parking, recently renovated, clean.
everything, really good.
friendly staff in spite of the language barrier. nice breakfast.
Spotless new bathroom. About 15 minutes walk to Ortigia.
Central position and staff were friendly.
The rooms are air conditioned but the shared areas are not. That means that the staff have to tolerate the heat, which makes to guests feel awkward.
Nothing.
The B&B is on the 3rd floor of and apparment building which could make it a little less "romantic", but it's still very nice.
The b&b is located in a not very fancy area, and it is about 20 minutes walking to the island of Ortigia.
There are no safety boxes in rooms, but taking into consideration the smallness and stealthiness from the direct street entrance, it seems that everything of your belongings would be in safe.
The sometimes noisy traffic.
N/A.
Our room was very noisy (room 9), but if you live in a noisy city, you will not be bothered.
The breakfast was good, but it was very poor too.
There was a bit of noise from the road, just outside the window. But if you diside to stay in a big city, thats what you get. It was not a big problem!.
Parking is a problem, bigger signage as on very busy traffic road would make it easier to find.
small room , 20min to city center.
Small rooms (at least mine).
address hard to find. Located as an apartment in a several story building.
Hard to find the entry as it is on the third floor of a block of flats. Rooms were very small: OK for one person but too small for two. Breakfast was in a tiny room with five tables, and you have to select what you want the day before.
Parking in the street was a bit hit and miss. On arriving in syracuse it was difficult to identify exactly where the hotel was. The room had only one small window in the corner of the room.
