Preci lies 66 km. north-east of Terni. Casale Carocci lies in the middle of the heart of the park Monti Sibillini which is known as a nature park and an art rich area.
The Casale has been given as a present in 1648 by emperor Ferdinando III, to the Carocci family. The Casale is situated on a hill which offers a view at the wonderful colour of the nature in the environment.
You also have access to a communal outdoor swimming pool with a panoramic view at the valleys. An ideal holiday destination for the nature lovers who can also enjoy the Italian culture, history and art. You also find many walking paths here from where you can look at the gorgeous nature area up close.
Furthermore, the owner has constructed a playground for the little children. The apartment is furnished simple but comfortable. Also the Casale offers a large communal area with barbecue. In the near vicinity you can also practise many sporting activities. For the beginners as well as the more experienced. There are 4 mountain bikes and 1 children bike on request.
