The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the check-out date. Check-in from 19:00 until 00:00 should be arranged in advance and costs EUR 40. Check-in on Saturdays and Sundays costs EUR 60. An extra fee of EUR 5 applies for every 30 minutes of delay. Late check out is available at an extra charge. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided. Any change comes at extra charge. Apartments are cleaned once a week. Further cleaning is available at an extra charge. Please note that a shuttle service to/from the main Milan airports, and to/from the city centre are available upon request and at additional cost. Please inform Corso Como 11 Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
