We have been looking for some alternative to horrible camp during our planned round trip in Israel. As Tiberias was on the schedule, we searched some smart stay and found Panorama with small note about hotel terrace. After we park our car on parking behind hotel we found our former neighbor David - now owner of Meetpoint restaurant on the hotel's corner. Great. Then we enter hotel and found very warm welcome from receptionist, who showed us how they grand their visitors. The hotel and rooms ar. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The family-run nature of the Panorama really comes through, the staff is super friendly and available 24/7. Shaul is awesome as are his dad and the other family and staff working. I've been to many similar hostel/hotel places and I think this was one of the cleanest and well run I've seen. We were there during the week of Pesach and my guess is that it's a big big value compared to the other expensive hotels in the area. The location is amazing. Want to save money and meet a diverse group of in.
Very friendly as soon as I arrived... I'd actually booked for the following week by accident but reception were very helpful showing me how to amend booking and managed to sort me a room no problem.
Rooms are simple yet comfy, well air conditioned and good bathroom.
Location is the best bit, right next to the lovely promenade.
Also, great wifi!
Would definitely return here if on a budget!.
The personnel is really great, taking care about every aspect of your stay in the hotel. Any problem - just go to the reception and they will spend as much time as needed to solve it. Close to free beach at Galilea lake - just 100 meters. Parking - really big asset in this crowded town. Very good localisation for all trips to holy places. Great value for money.
We had the best possible view on the 3 rd floor. Hotel is very simple, less than 2 mins from Old city ( shops and points of interest are there) and 3 mins from a private beach (Gai beach )
Really good value for money.
A guy at reception went extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We stayed there only 2 days. Great location near to the city center and shops. View of the lake from the terrace is nice. Very nice and friendly staff. They try everything to make your stay comfortable and also telling you more about the things to see around the area. Regards to the staff.
Incredibly friendly and helpful Israeli family run the hotel - happy to
do internet searches, pore over maps, supply extra soap.... And have
long and interesting discussions about world politics....not at all your
usual hotel. The place and the family really grew on me during our stay.
Amazing hotel with very reasonable rates! They gave me a room with its own balcony and overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The room had a fridge and the bed is comfortable. The staff was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful, especially the guy who checked me in. Highly recommended!.
The staff were VERY helpful - we needed to use the internet but didn't have a laptop, so they let us use their own computer behind the desk. And when messages came up in Hebrew on the computer, they helped us to translate them so that we could do what we needed to online.
Nice...stay "Excellent location and services" -The staff was also very friendly and helpful.Hotel is conveniently located to the central bus station, shopping and restaurants. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was really great! Nice and clean, price is abnormal cheap,
beautiful 'panorama' of the kinneret, staff were really nice,
thank you sharon for all your services keep it up!.
The price of this hotel was so wonderful for this service.
Hte receptionist gives us the really good room with the sea view and refregerator. The location is near the public beach.
the place is clean and in the center of the city with A very loving staff who cares and run by the family with lots of love as it is home for me when I go there.
The hotel was conveniently located and very good value for the money.
All we sought were the basics: a clean room, bed and bath and we got even more.
Thank you.
Staffs are very helpful and kind. Location is perfect and close to bus
station. Room is clean. Easy to tourist information center, supermarket
and restaurants.
Upon arrival, we were able to request a room with balcony, which was more private. We enjoyed the free WiFi, air-conditioning and kitchen facilities.
People at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. We stayed only one night, so it was suitable for our needs.
Staff were lovely, place was very clean, location is excellent, right downtown and across from Lake Kineret, good value for the price.
Clean, quiet, great location one block from the promenade.
The free parking in their own lot was the big plus.
Clean hotel. Great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Saul was great and gave us a lot of good information.
Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Good location to reach bus terminal, fruit market and beaches, etc.
Efficient check in made smooth by great staff. Small room was simple and
served its purpose well.
Nice and clean room with balcony and lake view. Good value for money and friendly staff.
The owners and staff are great. They offered great suggestions for touring and eating.
Price, character, location, a good place for the transient on a budget, in Tiberias.
The nicest staff I encountered in Israel anywhere.
Close to everything in Tiberias.
The staff was so nice and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Excellent location, friendly staff, room was clean.
A very simple hotel yet pleasant. Great location.
Helpful staff, nice view of lake, easy to find.
Good value, clean, well situated, car parking.
Everything is fine, most of all, the price.
Car parking available.
Helpful staff.
the location and frendly staff.
Pleasant & helpful staff.
nature and quiet.
The Panorama was our choice when we were looking for a hotel to stop at after touring the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights and were heading south to Jerusalem. The price was right on letsbookhotel.com and the reviews were OK so we took the chance and booked it. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. But, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice. The WiFi worked in the lobby, as advertised. Side note--I'm always amazed by the fact that the smallest ch.
- Good location close to the main tourist Hwy, and to the coast
- Rooms were functional, with a small fridge ; bathroom old style (no dry / wet separation) but dries very quickly
- Parking available behind the hotel
- WiFi worked in the room.
Liked being able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Very convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful.
They provide sharp information about city and service like how to rent a
bike, were is place for swimming and so on.
The price was very reasonable for a family of 5. The hotel is close to the sea of Galilee.
Low Price
Friendly staff
Rooms at the back are quiet
Cable TV.
1. location
2. rate (compared to other hotels).
friendly staff,
location of the hotel.
the hostel is a littel old.
Place.Balcony with tables.
good hotel for the money.
Got what we expected.
Which was very friendly and very helpful
in rest: an outdated building which I suppose it will collapse on next earthquake, very dirty rooms, very dirty toilets, no shower bath (only a hole in the floor) , an uncomfortable bed...I do not want to continue
The only plus except the staff: free parking. My recommendation: pay a little more bucks and find something superior (any other choice will be superior).
The hotel I s well located, only few steps from the center, where
many bars, restaurants and stores are located. It is not far from the
sea either.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
That our schedule pulled us to leave.
Be clear on what you really need before booking. If your stay requires private parking, an elevator, a Kosher restaurant or high security, then be realistic and be prepared to spend much more. Panorama excels at what it does but it can't be everything to everyone!.
Rooms need a bit renovation.
The dust was a bit annoying - but it looks rather it used to come every day during strong West winds - not beacuse of lack of cleaning.
Nothing.
Breakfast is not supplied. It would be helpful for non-perishable
breakfast supplies to be on sale (such as cereals and long-life milk) as
one can get stuck when waking up hungry on a Shabbat or public
holiday/remembrance day and find all the shops and cafes shut.
Nothing really. Everything was to my satisfaction.
The room wasn't particularly clean - with paint peeling from the walls and some stains on the walls,.
Public beach is soo rubbished, but btw it's not the problem of the hotel.
You can find better beach 5 minutes awalk left from the hotel door.
well it is all good nothing not to like.
Facilities are little bit old, but still acceptable.
The fact that time went to fast. We wanted to stay longer at this hotel.
Rooms and building are very old and they look like it. Rooms were clean enough. The beach in front of the hotel is disgusting (it doesn´t belong to the hotel though).
Rooms are Very Small and even double room only has only one small chair. I would have appreciated even a simple coffee and toast breakfast as part of the service.
It's not luxury but then your not paying for it. Good value for the money ad free parking.
That we had to leave. My children wanted to stay more time.
Facilities are little bit old but what do you expect more for the money you pay!.
You pay for what you get. And this was a value for money experience. No
complaints.
Really way past its prime,.
Some small touches could much improve the poor looks.
The parking setup was confusing at first, I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room, and the street was noisy well into the night.
Nothing.
Cleaness of the shared kitchen should be improved but not so serious.
No negative points about our stay.
noisy traffic.
Noise from street traffic.
mud.
The hotel is a little run-down but it is clean and comfortable.
- Room we got on the 3rd floor (technically 4th floor since reception is on the first floor). so bit of a hike with our backpacks
- Dated building/rooms, and like a motel than a hotel
- Community kitchen is dingy, unclean and unusable.
Older building and old air conditioner that iced up. But they quickly remedied it.
It is hard to say course the cheap price excuses a lot.
The room was a bit cramped for 5 people, but the price was good.
Common Kitchen ok but needs refresh
Some rooms need to be refreshed
Some rooms facing the street are noisy.
Extremely basic & minimal, yet facing the rates asked by other hotels - this simplicity & simpleness can be defined as a fair return for the room cost.
the hotel was really dirty
unfriendly staff during sabat.
Noise from arabian students from 05.30 until 7.00. No soap. No whole bed-
sheet/.
age of the hotel horibly aged.
Is something to like at this hotel?I believe only the staff.
The room was very very small, we could barely move around.
One evening there was no hot water.
Internet was available only in the lobby downstairs
The kitchen was poorly equiped.
The bedding was dirty with stains.
During our time in Israel we stayed at many places that were much much nicer than Panorama hotel and were either cheaper or for the same price.
