  Bedroom facilities. Ensuite very clean. Beds comfy, good airing (been in hotels where couldn't open window so it was lovely to be able to do so).Wifi. Breakfast menu was good but..... - We had a few issues with our room but was up-graded the next day and it was excellent. We were met with a friendly welcome smile from all the staff in all areas.

  Very welcoming. Extremely generous providing tea making facilities, home made cake, biscuits etc in room. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order.   Excellent service, really nicely decorated all over. Great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, the biscuits are a welcome added touch. Thanks for a lovely stay. - We were only there for 1 night but we were warmly welcomed and found the room and bathroom spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.
