  The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.   The staff are the highlight of the Hotel. The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class.
