  I've used the Ferryman on a regular basis during 2013, weekly at one stage...it's simply great value for money...very central location beside IFSC, Spencer Dock and Grand Canal Dock.   I stayed at Oliver St. John Gorarty's Penthouse Apartments with my Grandaughter and daughter-in- law for 3 nights, we really enjoyed the whole experience of Dubblin. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we found it to be better than a hotel room as we could sit in comfort and have a drink and something to eat before going out.   Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.
