This was a stop part way through our journey across Ireland. We had
stayed in some wonderful hotels and were unsure about our stay in an
apartment. It was a great choice. Not only was it convenient to Galway
city center, but to a delightful area called Upper Salthill. Wonderful
pubs and restaurants just around the corner! Catch the 401 bus into the
city center and for a few pennies you don't have to worry about
parking. Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with our questions

15 m - Myself and a buddy were up in Galway for two nights for a friends birthday and we were delighted with the service we got at Ocean Crest. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. very nice b & b located right between salthill and galway. easily within walking distance to both and across the street from the bay. decided to stay two nights but it was booked the second so the owner found us a room across the street. very friendly. -
Even after we had paid and were about to leave, the hostess was still eager to advise us on sights to see on the next leg of our trip. That was testimonial to her sincerity. Her mother also had beenagreat help to us in finding restaurants and music venues.

The service, facilities and breakfast were marvellous and the location on Galway Bay and walking distance to Galway City shops and restaurants was perfect. I mistakenly left an item of clothing in the cupboard and the proprietors were kind enough to parcel it up and post it at their expense (which I could not in all fairness accept) speedily to us in Australia.

The White House is located only about a kilometer to the west of the Spanish Arch and so it does not take very long, (it can easily be walked) to get into the restauarants and shops that are are around the area of Quay Street in the town centre, The hotel is like a good standard of B&B although the breakfast is charged seperately but at a very reasonable rate.

This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character. Will def be back -

Our family had an outstanding experience at Inishmore, mainly due to Marie and her staff! They went the extra mile to find us an extra bed at the last minute and then Marie personally found a doctor and a pharmacy who could treat my wife on a Sunday afternoon for an unexpected medical condition. The food was great, the location is perfect, quite neighborhood, but a nice, short walk to town or to the shore. I highly recommend Marie and Inishmore!

It well decorated and spotless clean. It's not far from Galway centre, it took me only 20 minutes to walk. If you end up taking a cab from eyre square it' costs around 8 euros if you want to compare the the prices with the guesthouses in the town centre. 1. The place is quite. No noisy pubs/bars nearby.
2. Everything is clean and tidy.
3. Very comfortable, elegant rooms. Anything you need, it's there. There's also a nice kitchen in the hall so that you can make tea / coffee whenever you like.

5. Traditional Irish breakfast is excellent and the breakfast room very pleasant.
