A very friendly, comfortable hotel. We have now stayed there 3 or 4 times and would certainly go back. It is always a good sign that most of the staff have been there for quite some time. - I loved the fact that the hotel was in the heart of Killarney. The hotel was beautiful and quaint with a beautiful open fire and fresh flowers everywere.

We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. Hotel staff, particularly at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, particularly the evening meal. The rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. It was our best Accommodation in Ireland. It’s 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre in a very quit location. We had a big room very comfortable with a nice view on the mountains. Just when we arrived in the afternoon the lady prepared a tea served with some biscuits. The breakfast was excellent. If you need there is also a computer for the Gust with free Internet connection (besides you can use the printer).
