The Staff were really friendly and they try to do anything to make you feel like you were at home. The Food at the restaurant was lovely and the environment was relaxing. We are extremely happy with the room quality and We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everybody who wishes stay in it.

La colazione continentale ancorchè cara (19,50 € a persona!!!). - My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag
