A charge of EUR 50 per person as a security deposit will be required upon check-in. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, after a representative has checked the condition of the apartment. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, however some banks do take longer. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Guests are offered discounted 24-hour parking at a close by car park. Guests must have their parking tickets stamped at the reception desk to receive the following rates at the car park office: EUR 2.00 per hour EUR 10.00 overnight (18.00-09.00) EUR 15.00 per 24 hours. Kindly note that Dublin Apartments Temple Bar cannot accept top-up debit cards. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
