We had two problems: our room was directly above the area used for smokers from the bar so the smoke was very heavy even with windows closed; the heat was blasting and drunken revelers ran up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning and we had no way to access management for assistance.   The hotel and its staff were really good. The hotel was close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to town. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and tried to meet all of our needs. Although we checked out a night early they gave us a refund as the internet did not work.

  We were pleasantly surprised by this one. I expected a backpacker hostel-type experience, but our room was on par with the nicer B&Bs and hotels we've stayed at. The staff were friendly at check-in and helped us arrange a cab to the ferry port the next day.
