Was really impressed with this hotel.Room was great,bar was great (welcoming & comfortable),staff first class.Asked them to order a taxi into Dublin & we were told about the bus for 1/10 of the cost,where the bus stops were & our notes changed into coins.All without asking.Breakfast was superb.Place spick & span & tastefully do

The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are small but well outfitted so we had everything we needed. The restaurant & bar had a nice selection and the service was good. We had two problems: our room was directly above the area used for smokers from the bar so the smoke was very heavy even with windows closed; the heat was blasting and drunken revelers ran up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning and we had no way to access management for assistance. The hotel and its staff were really good. The hotel was close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to town. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and tried to meet all of our needs. Although we checked out a night early they gave us a refund as the internet did not work.

I really liked the accommodation, not only because the bed was huge and comfortable, but also because the location was great too. I could easily walk along the Coast Road in one direction to Portmarnock beach, and then in the other direction to the lovely boutiques and eating places available in Malahide. -

We were pleasantly surprised by this one. I expected a backpacker hostel-type experience, but our room was on par with the nicer B&Bs and hotels we've stayed at. We were staying at there hotel and thought food might not be good. We were pleasantly WRONG. All but the last of 3 days the food was excellent (we had breakfast, lunches and dinners on various days). The service tends to be excellent and VERY FRIENDLY.

Very enjoyable hotel. -
The hotel is quaint and pleasant, the setting spectacular with veiws along the waterfront and bay. The bath was modern and the room clean. The staff was very good. The attached restaurant, Oliveto, is a must. The food is very good and the wait staff excellent. I have visited Dublin three times in the past four years and am always certain to dine at Oliveto.
