Location. Its a new hotel so its in superb condition. Breakfast selection is great. Parking lot is big and free. I arrived together with group of tourist in a big bus. Fortunately, staffs in receptionist (I believe the manager of the hotel and other staffs are helping out as well. Hence, they were wearing different color of suits) could handle it very well. I didnt have to wait too long to get my room key. The room is large. Enough to put all our luggages and kids move around without bumping.

The location is good. Near a shopping mall. The hotel is also new, so all is still in good condition. Excellent value for money. Hotel/room offers everything a hotel double the price offers. The staff & the ambience of the room. Welcome Fruit & Drinks. Near to the airport. - We got free room upgrade from Deluxe into Deluxe Business which is quite spacious and comfortable - breakfast is quite good, but need more of western food options - generally, staffs are friendly and quite helpful. Nice, clean and friendly staff. Room big.. Reasonable price, fairly new building, friendly staff, quality bedding. The bathroom size is very tiny. although we were actually in the family room which is to accomodate 3 people, but the breakfast coupon was only given 2 per day. also the towels were also only given 2 and we have to ask again for more towels. its a room for three so we would ve expected for it to have facilities such as those also for three without we had to ask again to the room service. There are only two guest elevators and one all purpose elevator for 23 floors. Internet too slow to use and long wait for lifts. The distance to all the tourist destination. Location. - Reservation and front office kinda like have a miscommunication about my last minute booking - 1 of the reception didn't convey my request of wake up call, breakfast box and taxi upon my departure - location is quite far from downtown. Bathroom too small. The bathroom is very very small, so not comfy to take shower.. Stayed at the family room, wash basin is in the lounge room, away from the bathroom/toilet. Extra small bathroom, fixed shower ( no hose) makes showering little kids more difficult. Poor linen, the single bed sheet has got yellow stain mark, probably wasn't changed from previous guest. Cushion pillow has serious stain that looks revolting. Not recommended for family with young children.
