  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring.   I love this hotel. All the staffs are very helpfull.I checked out and was hanging around and they gave me a room near the kitchen to stay free ontill evening. I forgot the name of the gentleman at the restaurant, but he has a better sense of hospitality and attention to service than the staff at a few 5-stars I have stayed at. Great job!
