Agra fort is really close too (about 10 mins cab ride) the hotel had a cafe and restaurant which was the cleanest I've seen in The nearby areas. - I personally felt like it is located very near to taj and is more secured and the facilities available there are really good and maintained well.   I was traveling with 7 other girls throughout India, and I have never felt so safe in a hotel anywhere in the world that I have stayed. The staff were friendly and accomodating (they didn't mind us checking in early, and looked after our luggage during the day after we had checked out), and the views of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace were excellent. Really good value for money,and in a safe, pleasant neighbourhood.

  It was a very nice hotel in Agra. It is fairly close to the Taj Mahal which was a welcome since I easily walked it to enter this exquisite structure at sunrise. This hotel is directly associated to the Maya Hotel across the main street and found their restaurant to be very good and tasty. Very helpful with all my needs, even before I arrived at the the hote - The newer hotel is across the road from the original and thats the one to stay in ..its set back. Our room, double delux was lovely, contemporary lovely decor and the bathroom was great. .wonderful shower, hot running water. We ate across the road at the original hotel. ..the food was very good. The location is perfect for the Taj Mahal a 10 - 15 min walk...go early, 6am as we did, you get your entry ticket, shoe covers and a single entry in.... From our hotel roof you get a glimpse of the Taj
