the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.

Staffs are helpful and cooperative
I woul like to mention some of there names Amit and Zeena with there collgues from the reception.
Lalite the old energetic man in the loopy who do every thing to make you staying is memorial.

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Very good valie for money. -

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -
