The best was the service provided by the young man at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and always ready to offer his assistance. Indeed, he solved a few problems for us, unrelated to the hotel. -

room that was alloted to us. When we asked for a change, staff was quick
and flexible to show us other rooms.

Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Good price too and very good hotel restaurants--one focused on great Indian food, the other served good Indian, Chinese and Western food and breakfast was go

Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!

A nice large clean room. Spacious, well situated to New Delhi Station. A 15 minute walk to Connaught Place (at my speed). -
