None of them lingered around us for tips and were genuinely ready to render help (carry our bags, help my elderly father who came to visit, getting us an auto at 5am etc).   The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet.
