  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  An excellent value for the price, newly built, private underground parking costs 10 Euros/day, good facilities, not that far away from Budapest City center. Within 15 minutes (8 stops from Deak Ter) with the metro line (the station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel inside a Media Markt Shopping Mall). We recommend this hotel.   We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure.
