  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  posizione - The apartment was perfect for our stay. The air-conditioning was really welcome after a hot day's sight-seeing and we had everything we needed. The apartment was an easy walk to many main attractions and for a family of four was a really cost-effective way to enjoy Budapest. Rooms incl. kitchen and bathroom were new, modern and clean. We felt like at home. The lady responsible for the apartment was very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking was available at a good price. Location was awesome- everything was really close- city center 5 min walk, supermarkets, restaurants within 5-10 min, possible to walk to all the famous city sights.

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.
