  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure.   We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  Our apartment for 2 people was absolutely fantastic! Location was excellent, apartment was really big with bedroom, livingroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Everything you need for succesfull holiday! Staff was really friendly too, and there was 24 h reseption. Houskeeper cleaned the apartment everyday, even washed our dishes. I would definitely book this apartment again. - The apartments are well situated right in the city center, the main attractions being easily reachable by foot - e.g. 5/10 min walk to St. Stephen's cathedral / Opera. We booked at the all 4u apartments but received one at the Gojdu Apartments (different buiding, but within 100m from the all4u). The apartments are spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything necessary. Overall it's a good value for money.

I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones.   We stayed in a number of apartments and all of them are excellent. We came to Budapest for 3 days but stayed for much longer. They moved us around a bit because they were fully booked, so we got to try out many of the apartments. They are very clean, comfortable, provide all the amenities, are well equipped and extremely well designed and in good ... cosa dice la gente » buildings with security. They are located on Kiraly Street which has a number of restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, exchange, etc. They are close - The apartment's location is wonderful. It's next the liveliest streets of Budapest, just 1 min. Walk from the city center and very close to the Opera metro station. The apartment was very clean and spacious, it gave us so much flexibility: You have your own key to a fully- equipped apartment. It's also a secure place because there's always a guard at the entrance door. We strongly recommend this place for anyone who prefers coziness and practicality over pampering in an (over)expensive hotel: Q
