  Everything!!! From the beginning we felt very comfortable! It's a really nice apartment with all you need to live. Students take care of the organization. We felt very safe and it is close to the city center. You can either walk (20min) or take the bus. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen equipped! One thing I have to add: We left our phone in the apartment and realiz - Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. THe apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. he amenities (bar, spa) were also nice features. The location seems a bit seedy but that is only outward appearance. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

  We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. The free WiFi deserves a special mention: perfect quality everywhere (router/AP in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked)! The - Exellent location (5 minutes walk to Okrogon metro and fast tram stations; 10 minutes walk to St. Istvan Cathedral). Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments. The apartments are very well equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro station is a few hundred meters away.

  We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.
