  Nice comfy room, it also had a fridge, very good if you want to buy yourself some water or a sandwich. The bathroom (I had booked a room with bathroom - some other rooms have shared facilities) was nice and clean aswell. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The Location is very central. (Hösök Ter) - 3 Stops away or Vörösmarty Ter which is close to the Szechenyi Chain Bridge (6 Stops) o - Room was big and clean. Staff was really helpful, kind and spoke good English. Shared bathroom was also kept clean. It was possible to make toasts and tee in the evening using hotel's appliances. I would recommend this hotel not only for low-cost travelers.

  we loved Karma. It was a massive appartment in a beautiful old building. Tamas was there to meet us when we arrived and spent time telling us where to go and what things were in the neighbourhood. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The location was fantastic.. just a couple of minutes walk from the Oktogan Metro stop and very close to the main nightlife strip (but not close enough to be bothered by it).. We explored the whole city by foot from the apartment, couldnt have been better!

  Good value for the money. Location was great. Our window was watching at "Andrassy ut", one of the main streets of the city, street with all the famous brands stores. Breakfast was also excellent and the room is very modern, with bath instead of shower which I was used to on my trips.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   Everything!!! From the beginning we felt very comfortable! It's a really nice apartment with all you need to live. Students take care of the organization. We felt very safe and it is close to the city center. You can either walk (20min) or take the bus. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen equipped! One thing I have to add: We left our phone in the apartment and realiz - Dave and Daniel were great! THey were very friendly and helpful getting us settled in. THe apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. he amenities (bar, spa) were also nice features. The location seems a bit seedy but that is only outward appearance. It is a great central location with a lot to see and do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments.
