The quiet, pleasant, helpful, thoughtful attention ì-to-details of the manager. We wanted 2 get his name our last morning but he wasn't on duty, not even to 'thank'. Since I had seen several rooms were lower on letsbookhotel.com & our small computer was not working, he allowed me to come around couter to use his computer to book our stay using letsbookhotel.com. He explained why Euro amount went down further as of 11-1 when we chose to stay a 3rd night (winter rates), he arranged for laundr.
