1. Help Desk officer's help.
Terry, who manned the help desk when I arrived was very helpful in arranging my arrival. I was supposed to check-in at 2 PM, but he allowed me to check-in earlier. For me, it was a great courtesy in the middle of the cold HK society. My commendation goes to Terry.

The location was fairly convenient, once you get there. It's located up a steep hill, so when first arriving via Hong Kong Airport Express with your luggage, it's probably best to take a taxi from Hong Kong Station. It's located just off of LKF, a busy area for expats and partying. The rooms stay true to the hotel's name and are mini in size. It works if you're looking for a value hotel at a convenient location. The location was excellent, good sized room, very clean and lovely clean and soft bedding. Lovely large shower head in the shower and beautiful slatted wooden blinds over the windows and looked like it had just been recently refurbed. The reception team were very helpful and also assisted me getting a taxi on my return to the airport. Overall excellent

There are some fantastic features about Mingle On The Wing. The rooms were very comfortable, and somewhat larger then I had expected to find in Hong Kong. The bed was lovely, the amenities were very good and the hotel staff cleaned the rooms very well.

Fantastic hotel. No gym or pool but you can walk to the new gym called PHYSICAL (5 mins away) and pay 150 HKD for a 1 day pass - a way bettere gym than any hotel gym in HK. Outdoor pools like Victoria Park only couple of stops away. Easy to get to hotel from airport - take Airport Express to Central and take Island Line to Wan Chai station. V easy

this hotel is very good , depending on the period ( local fairs ) good value for money ! Always good organised staff, Always helpfull, nice rooms , not extremely big, but all well done. Very good independent Thai restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is at the same place , can be crowded in the morning but if you have good luck you can eat outside which is fantastic of course ! The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English to get by. It is located in the heart of Wan Chi with bars, restaurants, and shops right outside the door. The rooftop garden area was also a plus. A great value for the money. -

The hotel room was not as big as it was advertised, but pretty decent for the price. The location was superb, with the star ferry terminal within 5 minutes' walking distance, and there are many buses to Central on Gloucester road. Overall it's good value for money, especially after considering its location. -
