The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!

Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets.

Considering the small spaces in Hong Kong, Empire Hotel was reasonable spacious! The breakfast that was included in our rate was fantastic, where the restaurant was clean and tidy! It does cater for business needs as they have plugs in the desk and adapters for your use. Our one plug was faulty, but that wasn't a big issue. Close to MTR. Front des

Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement. We had to change flights and only stay the one night at the Harbour Grand and flew straight back to Heathrow on 1st August instead of the 3rd. -

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge.
