The manager was delightful. Always helpful and very kind. The view from
our apartment was spectacular, a beautiful panoramic view of Pefkochori.
The apartment was clean when we got there and stayed that way until we
left. Keep in mind that this is an apartment and not a hotel. They
don't change the sheets and clean up after you. It's like your
own apartment, you clean up your own mess. I would recommend bringing a
few extra sheets and pillowcases if you like them to be changed often. I

It's a located close to the town center next to the beautiful old square and 5 min walk from the beach.
It's a great location for the budget conscious, there are a lot of supermarkets, shops, bars and taverns within walking distance with good prices.
The apartments are roomy and comfortable although the bathroom is quite small.
Keep in mind that this is not a hotel room and you will need to clean up after yourself!.
I really liked the staff, I.E. the owner. He is a kind person and a
nice manager.

The staff is nice.
The one word of advice I would give is to put a shower curtain in the
washroom. Everytime we showered the water would splash everywhere on
the bathroom floors. Also the water pressure was on the low side. One
day I experienced a shower from hell. The water ran out completely and
I was still all soapy and had to wait an hour or so for the water to
come back.
The furniture is OK but not new and there is some room for improvement on maintenance...
- As everywhere in Greece bathroom and shower are insanely tiny. -Though
stated in the description, there is no availability to WiFi through
the whole facility, the re is barely some on the first floor.
- The room that I was given on site differed from the one shown in the pictures on letsbookhotel.com while making a reservation. Maybe Booking does not link the images to the right rooms, but I doubt it.
The owner didn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem.

The wifi don't working on the first floor. We couldn't sleep at night, because the local people where very load. The bathroom window opens to the corridor.
-There was no dedicated parking space for the hotel
-The bathroom was too small and inconvenient.
