The apartment was recently remodeled and it was clean and fresh. The balcony was big and had a nice view to the sea. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made sure we didn't miss anything. Overall it was a perfect relaxing vacation with the hotel being far enough from the Chanioti center crowded beach, but only a 10 minutes walk from it's restaurants in the evening. Poor Wi-Fi reception in the appartments - Wi-Fi mostly works if you are close to the reception, but this was a minor detail.
