  L'atmosfera tirolese e la cortesia - Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. I was only in this hotel for 3 nights. One day I walked into the hotel lobby and was greeted by name by the staff at the hotel. I had problems getting my wireless to work in my room and one of the staff came up to my room to help me.
