  La tranquillità, la buona cucina, e l'ospitalità - Staff spoke good English and were very friendly and attentive. We ordered an evening meal on the sun drenched balcony overlooking the valley and beautiful Forested hills. The meals were promptly served and were delicious and good value for money. Congratulations to the staff and management. - I was met by the Innkeeper Ludwig who was very friendly and welcoming. He spoke very good english and was helpful with my enquiries. Breakfast was plentiful and the Evening meals were good value for money. Simonswald is situated in a beautiful part of the Black Forest and is ideal place to stay for touring the countryside.
